Q1: How to charge the lactation massager properly?
1. Use only the USB cable provided with this unit.
2. Only 1-1.5A wall chargers can be used when charging in a plug. (Do not use a fast charger to avoid charging issues.）
3. Keep the USB magnetic head tightly attached to the magnetic power port when charging.
4. After cleaning, please wipe and keep the power port dry to ensure normal charging.
*The meaning of the indicator light is as follows:
It flashes fast---Low battery reminder (can only be used for about 20 minutes); It flashes slowly---When charging (The product cannot be turned on while charging to ensure safe use); It stays on---When fully charged.
Q2: Why does the heating function not work?
A: Long press the heating button and turn on the heating mode first, then allows it to warm up for 3~5 minutes to reach the set temperature. It is recommended to adjust the warming level according to your body temperature.
*The heating mode will turn off automatically after a 30-minute session. To continue to use this function, repeat the above operation.
