At The Clean Bean, we offer a wide range of products from various suppliers. Since each product may come from a different source, we encourage you to carefully review the specific shipping information provided on the product page before making a purchase. Shipping times, carriers, and costs may vary depending on the product and its supplier. We strive to provide accurate shipping estimates, but please be aware that unforeseen circumstances can occasionally lead to delays. We recommend checking the estimated delivery date provided before the checkout process on the product page for the most up-to-date information on your order's shipment.

We've partnered with Amazon for seamless and efficient shipping, ensuring your selected products reach you with convenience and speed.

Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, because we work with multiple suppliers offering different products, our return and exchange policies can vary by product.

Before placing an order, please take a moment to review the product's specific return and exchange policy on its respective product page. This information will outline the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges, including eligibility, timeframes, and any associated fees.

If you ever need to return or exchange a product, please follow the instructions provided on the product page. If you have any questions or encounter any issues, our customer support team is here to assist you.
