Bath Ball® Hook

In rare instances the bath ball flex and hard handles sent with the unit may not be compatible with all faucets. The bath ball hook can potentially make the bath ball applicable for more faucet designs.

Note: The hardness of your water will determine the performance of the Bath Ball® filter. Hard water has the ability to damage the coating on the chrome Bath Ball® filter. If your water is hard, then we recommend wiping down the Bath Ball® after each use or purchase the white Bath Ball® for durability against your water.

In rare cases, especially with infrequent use, bacteria can grow on or inside the bath ball housing. To clean and disinfect the housing, you can use hydrogen peroxide or mild dish detergent.
